Sonning Common Parish Council provides four play areas at:

• Baskerville Road
• Churchill Crescent
• Lea Road
• Memorial Park

All four play areas have equipment for toddlers to 12 year olds and are open daily from dawn to dusk. Parents/carers are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children
The play areas are inspected weekly, quarterly and yearly by trained assessors to check for any safety or maintenance issues. They are kept clean by our Village Wardens who litter pick/empty the bins regularly. Please help to keep our play areas tidy by taking litter home or placing it in the bins provided.
Please note that no dogs, alcohol, BBQs or smoking are allowed in the play areas.
The Parish Council also manages the skatepark located at Bishopswood Sports Ground, Memorial Park, the Village Pond and a section of woodland at Old Copse.
